Job Posting: Accounts Receivable Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay Range: $25-$30/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time

Overview:
Ledgent Finance & Accounting is supporting a Sacramento client in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a temp-to-hire position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, account reconciliation, and maintaining healthy AR aging.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and send customer invoices
Process payments and apply cash accurately
Soft to moderate collections and account follow-up
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Prepare AR aging and month-end AR reports
Issue credit memos, statements, and adjustments
Communicate with internal teams and external customers

Qualifications:

2+ years of AR experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
ERP system experience preferred (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)
